These Terms & Services (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ckwarchitects.com and any related inquiries, purchases, or services offered by CKW Architects (“CKW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website, submitting a form, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our online services.
Services Description
CKW provides wellness-centered architectural, interior-design, planning, consulting, and curated product services in the United States. Website descriptions, images, and project examples are provided for general informational purposes. A project scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, and responsibilities are binding only when set out in a separate written agreement signed by CKW and the client.
Design concepts, renderings, estimates, and recommendations are subject to refinement and may depend on site conditions, permitting requirements, consultant input, availability of materials, and client decisions. Nothing on the website constitutes architectural, engineering, legal, financial, or construction advice for a specific project.
Product Orders & Cart
Our online cart is provided as a convenience for collecting product selections. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve inventory, create a contract, or guarantee availability. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel a request, correct errors, or discontinue products at any time, including after a request is submitted.
Any product order is subject to our acceptance. We may request additional information before acceptance. Product colors, finishes, dimensions, and images may vary because of display settings, natural materials, manufacturing tolerances, or updates by suppliers. Unless expressly stated in writing, product information is not a warranty.
Pricing
Prices and availability may change without notice. We strive for accuracy, but typographical, pricing, and availability errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct them and cancel affected requests. Taxes, shipping, delivery, installation, and other charges, when applicable, are disclosed separately or addressed in the applicable purchase or service agreement.
Intellectual Property
The website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, plans, renderings, layouts, product descriptions, and trademarks, are owned by CKW or its licensors and are protected by United States and other applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable right to view the website for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, or exploit website content without CKW’s prior written permission. Project-specific drawings, specifications, and design materials are governed by the applicable written agreement and are not transferred by viewing the website.

You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest data without permission, impersonate another person, or submit false or misleading information.

Where liability cannot be excluded, CKW’s total liability for claims arising from website use will not exceed the amount you paid directly to CKW for the applicable website transaction during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not alter any limitation contained in a separate written agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CKW and its owners, employees, contractors, and suppliers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the website, or infringement of another party’s rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state in which CKW’s relevant business operations are conducted, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
